7) Subject not in center [Rule of Thirds]
8) Person or people
9) Marker/Pen/Pencil [photo includes a marker somehow]
10) Other

EXAMPLE OF THE PHOTOGRAPHY PORTFOLIO done in google slides.

Some Simple Camera Tips

1) Hold the shutter button down halfway to focus your subject. Press the shutter all the way down to take a photograph.
2) Keep the camera as still as possible when taking a picture.  Use a tripod when available or lean on something or set your camera down on something. This will keep the image focused.
3) Try different camera angles, get low to the ground, hold the camera high up.
4) Get in close to the subject you want to photograph.

Success Criteria for photos
How will I know I have taken a great photo?
– is it in focus?
– is the lighting correct (not too dark, not too bright)?
– is it obvious which photo it is, does a pattern photo look like a pattern?
– is the photo interesting?
– are all 10 photos included?

This does not mean you take 10 photos. You will want at least 30 photographs so you can choose your best ones.

Be sure to save these photos on your computer in a folder on the desktop. Upload them to your UG Cloud account in a folder.

You will then create a google presentation that has a title, all 10 photos, with labels for all the photographs.
Attach your Photography Portfolio in the assignment.
